This vital skill also allows an individual to accept their imperfections, and to become more confident and comfortable as a person.

【不出家门体验国际户外营地】

The outdoor activities of the L&F camp are led by our professional coaches in both Chinese and English. Our campers can experience the international outdoor camp life without going abroad and broaden their international vision and cultivate cross-cultural adaptability.
营会户外活动有专业的外籍教练带领，活动采用双语活动教学，让孩子们在不出国门的情况下就能体验到国际的户外营地生活，开拓营员国际视野，培养跨文化适应能力。

There is no doubt about the importance of sports for children's physical and mental health. Rock climbing and surfing have always been rated as the most popular camp activities for children. In the concept of camp education, the essence of rock climbing is not how high the children can climb, but the spirit and courage. Although the camp period is only a few days, the course may only one or two hours, but in the highly experiential scene, this positive psychological shaping process and experience is unforgettable for every child.

运动对于孩子身心健康的重要性是毋庸置疑的,其核心主要在于通过实践学习的体验式教学理念和方法。攀岩和冲浪运动一直被评为小朋友最喜爱的营地项目。在营地教育的理念中，攀岩的真谛不在于孩子们能够爬多高，营地更关注和培养孩子们突破自我、敢于挑战的精神和勇气。营期虽然只有短短的几天，课程可能只有短短一两个小时，但是在高度体验化的场景中，这种积极心理塑造的过程和体验却是让每个孩子都终身难忘的。

【迈出成长的第一步】

The course module of L&F Camp is composed of theory + practice (1+N). The theory module is to learn the key knowledge of outdoor sports and help students to establish the overall cognition of sports projects.Through experiential learning cycle, practice section allow the kids learning by doing.
森林湖营地课程模块组由理论+实践（1+N）组成，用心为孩子做最有内容的夏令营，理论模块课程目标是学习户外运动的重点知识，帮助学员建立对户外运动项目的整体认知；实践环节在体验的基础上，加强对理论知识点的练习和实操，通过体验式学习循环圈，全方位的帮助学员学有所思，学有所悟，学有所得。

营地介绍
Lake Forest Camp locates in Huizhou, Guangdong province. The camp is surrounded by Jinghu lake and Huangchao mountain which includes 300 acres of green land and 400 acres of lake. We provide rich and varied activities to our campers. Taking full advantages of outdoor adventure facilities, we provide different kinds of activities on land and water which encourage personal growth, team cooperation and leadership.
森林湖营地位于广东省惠州市，营地前拥原生态镜湖，背靠延绵不绝的黄巢山森林氧吧，包括300亩绿地，400亩湖面。凭借天然的场地条件及户外运动设施，森林湖营地为营员提供丰富多样的水上、陆地及高空等多样性户外营地活动项目，以及个人成长、团队协作及领导力等综合提升课程。
