秋风送爽,秋阳高照。10月19日是小学部班主任的团建日。一大早,班主任老师们就来到校园,走进体育馆,进行团队素拓训练。在有趣的热身运动后,老师们被分为三队进行PK。各队设计队旗、呼喊口号,开始了有趣的运动。移动射门、合作投篮、射箭、身体猜字……,每个游戏都需要团队合作,都需要队员们互相信任。老师们各个身手矫健,配合默契。遇到困难,大家一起出谋划策,每个队伍都充满凝聚力,完成了一个个挑战。最后,“凤凰传奇”队取得了第一名。老师们在掌声和欢笑声中结束了上午的趣味运动。
Cool autumn wind with nice sunshine, October 19th was the Primary Department homeroom teachers’ team building day. In the early morning, the homeroom teachers came to the campus and walked into the stadium to have the training for team quality. After fun warm-up exercise, the teachers were divided into three teams to PK. The teams designed flags, shouted slogans and started interesting games including moving shots, cooperative shots, archery, body guessing, etc. Every game required teamwork and trust among the players. The teachers were all supple and displayed good cooperation. When they encountered difficulty, everybody gave advices and each team was full of cohesion, finishing the challenges one by one. Finally, "Phoenix Legend" team won the first place. The morning activity ended in teachers’ applause and laughter.

下午,我们邀请了闵行区德育教研员顾彩娟老师来为班主任开展讲座。结合我校少先队干部改选刚刚落下帷幕,顾老师所讲的“情境领导理论”指导下班干部的培养主题讲座,给老师们的工作带来了非常有效、有针对性的指导。顾老师从个体成长阶段、班主任定位、班干部培养模式、班干部培养评价机制四个方面给出了对于班干部培养非常好的方法和建议。如低年级的小岗位模式管理和中高年级的“三步走”模式管理,既与我们平时的班级管理策略不谋而合,又对我们工作的进一步完善提供了帮助。随着学生个体成长进入不同的阶段,班主任的定位也有不同的变化,这样的理念也带给老师们很多工作的灵感。两个多小时的讲座让老师们意犹未尽,都觉得受益匪浅。
In the afternoon, we invited Minhang District’s moral education teacher Ms. Gu to give a lecture to our homeroom teachers. Combined with the selection of new young pioneers leaders in our school, the lecture on "situational leadership theory" given by Mr. Gu has brought very effective and targeted guidance to the teachers in terms of how to train the leaders. Ms. Gu provided excellent methods and suggestions from four aspects: the stage of individual growth, the position of homeroom teachers, class leader training mode, and the evaluation of class leader training. For example, “small positions” management in lower grades and "three steps" management in middle and upper grades not only coincided with our usual class management strategies, but also provided help for the further improvement of our work. As the individual growth of students enters different stages, the position of homeroom teachers also changes. This concept also brought teachers lots of inspiration for their work. The lecture, which lasted for more than two hours, left the teachers longing for more and they all benefited a lot.

组队比赛显身手,专家讲座收获多!上午体力激情投入,下午头脑智慧碰撞。在这个丰收的时节,老师们也是收获满满,不断学习!
The team game displayed teachers’ talents and the teachers gained much from the expert lecture. With physical passion in the morning and mental wisdom in the afternoon, the teachers were full of harvest in this autumn season and they will keep learning!
